Terms of Service

DialHub is a personal coffee journal and community for home baristas. By creating an account, you agree to use the service lawfully and to these terms. The service is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial coffee journey.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. You must be accurate about your identity and be at least 13 (16 in the EU) to use DialHub.

You keep ownership of everything you create in DialHub — brew logs, recipes, posts, photos, and notes. To operate the service, you grant DialHub a limited license to host, display, and process your content as needed to run the features you use (for example, showing your public posts to other users, or sending your brew context to the AI assistant when you ask it a question).

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Post abusive, hateful, or sexual content.
• Post spam, scams, or misleading content.
• Share someone else's private information.
• Use DialHub to violate the law.

You can report posts, comments, or users from inside the app. We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, or block users who break these rules. You can also block another user from their profile or a post — blocked users can't follow you or comment on your posts.

DialHub includes AI features (the AI Assistant and Coffee Bag Scanner). AI responses are generated suggestions, not professional advice — use your judgment, especially for anything affecting health or safety. Don't enter sensitive personal information into AI chats.

DialHub connects to third parties for sign-in (Google), advertising measurement (Meta, Reddit), and AI processing. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or from the web form at /delete-account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

DialHub is a journaling and coaching tool for coffee enthusiasts. Brewing advice, recipes, and AI suggestions are informational only and not a guarantee of any result. Coffee involves hot water, pressure, and equipment — follow your manufacturer's instructions and use care. DialHub is not liable for any injury, equipment damage, or loss arising from your use of the service or its suggestions.

We may update these terms as DialHub evolves. We'll note the updated date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
